4. USER REGISTRATION

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change any username you choose if, in our sole discretion, the username is deemed inappropriate, obscene, or objectionable.

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

For any transactions made via the Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You further agree to update your account and payment information, such as email address and card details, to ensure that transactions can be processed and to enable us to contact you if necessary. All payments shall be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Sales tax may be added as required by us. Prices are subject to change at any time.

You authorize us to charge your payment provider for any charges incurred at the prices then in effect. For subscriptions with recurring charges, you consent to such charges until you cancel the subscription in accordance with these terms. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after payment has been processed.

Payment Processing: We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR) and payment processor. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all transactions, meaning they handle payment processing, tax compliance, fraud protection, and billing support on our behalf. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Paddle will process your payment information in accordance with their security standards and applicable regulations. Your payment data is handled securely by Paddle and is not stored on our servers.

Billing and Support: All charges will appear on your statement as "Paddle" or "Humani.site" depending on your payment method. You will receive email receipts from Paddle for all transactions. For billing-related inquiries, refunds, or payment issues, please contact Paddle support directly through your account dashboard or their support channels.

Tax Compliance: Paddle handles all sales tax calculations and remittances globally on our behalf. You may be charged applicable taxes based on your location, and Paddle will remit these taxes to the appropriate tax authorities.

6. CANCELLATION

All purchases made through our Services are non–refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting Paddle support directly. Upon cancellation, you will lose any remaining usage credits or allotted usage immediately. Refund of credits or payments will not be provided under any circumstances.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. For billing disputes or payment issues, please contact Paddle support directly as they handle all payment-related customer service on our behalf.

7. SUBSCRIPTION TERM AND TERMINATION

Your subscription to our Services is valid only for the period during which our operations remain active. We do not guarantee that your subscription will last for a full year or for any specified period. If Humani.site discontinues operations or is otherwise unable to provide the Services during your subscription term, your subscription will terminate immediately without any refund.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your subscription may end before the period initially paid for.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than as provided by Humani.site. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Defrauding, deceiving, or misleading Humani.site or other users, including attempts to access sensitive account information such as passwords.
• Circumventing or disabling security features of our Services.

• You are solely responsible for your Contributions and the consequences of posting them.

• Your Contributions must not contain material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Humani.site reserves the right to remove, edit, or relocate any Contribution that it, in its sole discretion, deems harmful or in breach of these Legal Terms.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of our Services, such as sidebar advertisements or banner advertisements. You shall not be entitled to any compensation for any advertisements you place on our Services.

Binding Arbitration

YOUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES. SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

28. REFUNDS

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that Humani.site gives you instant access to digital features and that usage begins immediately after purchase. This means you waive your right to the standard 14-day withdrawal period. Due to the high costs of running AI models and server resources, all payments are non-refundable, as resources are allocated and costs are incurred the moment you begin using the service.

Humani.site operates on a subscription model, available on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing section of our website. Please note that canceling does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any payments already made.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, features (such as available credits or models), or service offerings at any time. Price changes for subscription plans will only take effect at your next renewal.

Unless specified otherwise, subscription fees do not include taxes or duties. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your purchase. We may require proof of payment or other documentation for tax compliance. In cases of overdue payments, your access to the service may be paused after written notice.

You are not allowed to create multiple accounts to take advantage of free-tier usage. If we determine misuse or bad faith behavior, we may suspend your account or charge standard fees accordingly.
